Is any part of the building used as a commercial unit, such as a shop? If so, please say what you think is the percentage of the building is occupied by commercial unit(s).
Are you aware of any other issues that you have with your landlord? E.g. service charge arrears. If so please provide details. Arrears will need to be settled on completion.
